Personal data on our systems are only accessible by appropriately trained staff who need to access your personal data as part of their job. All access is tracked through individual login credentials and audit trails.

All our stock items purchased on working days before 3pm are dispatched on the same day. Items available to order are dispatched within 5 days of ordering. Dispatch time depends on the manufacturer's availablility. In case the item is not available to dispatch within 7days, we will confirm the delivery date.

 In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 7 days after you have received the goods.

To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing or by email.

If goods have not been dispatched we will refund you the full invoice amount within 2 working days.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of reciept.

All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase.



If an order is returned to us by the courier as undelivered because of either a customer's refusal to accept the delivery, or the customer not responding to cards left by the courier requesting contact to arrange re-delivery, the charges made to us by the courier for the delivery plus return delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. At present the charge to us for any order returned as undelivered is £8.99. The extra postage charge for re-delivery of such orders will also be the responsibility of the customer.

d-c-fix self-adhesive sheets are environmentally friendly with regard to manufacture, use, and disposal. The dispersion adhesive used contains no solvents. The sheets are safe for use in children's rooms when used properly (TÜV Rheinland). d-c-fix contains no heavy metals, is non-fade according to DIN EN ISO 105-B02 and friction and abrasion-resistant according to DIN EN ISO 105-X12.
