We use Royal Mail for our customers to have the best value postage. For orders weighing over 2kg we use a next working day courier service and a signature will be required on delivery.

Please be aware that in these unprecedented times brought on by COVID-19 Royal Mail is struggling to cope with the increased volumes of mail coupled with increased staff absence levels. All orders placed by 2pm are dispatched on the same day except for weekends and bank holidays when we are closed. From recent experience since 23 March 2020, unless a next working day courier delivery is chosen, most orders have been delivered approximately 5 days later than their usual normal delivery times before the impact of COVID-19. Please bear with us and Royal Mail during this uncertain period.  Also, there is a delay in the tracking update on the Royal Mail website, so quite often there is a message saying that they can't confirm status of the item.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland Postcodes:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. 
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25. 

Shipping times

We aim to dispatch all stock items on the day of purchase, weekend excluded, if the purchase is made before 2pm. If the item is currently out of stock, we will aim to dispatch within 5 working days. We will confirm the dispatch date by email on the day of purchase
(excluding weekends).
Unsuccessful courier deliveries

If an order is returned to us by the courier as undelivered because of either a customer's refusal to accept the delivery, or the customer not responding to cards left by the courier requesting contact to arrange re-delivery, the charges made to us by the courier for the delivery plus return delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. At present the charge to us for any order returne as undelivered is £8.99. The extra postage charge for re-delivery of such orders will also be the responsibility of the customer.
